ncm is not a property club. Many property clubs charge joining fees, monthly subscriptions and finder’s fees. We do not charge any fees or commissions.
Reservation and Purchase Procedure
It is ncm properties aim to make the reservation and purchase procedure as simple and cost effective as possible for you. There are no fees or commission at any stage of the purchase process. There is a £1,000 reservation fee payable for each property.
View and select – view the development on the website. (Development details are available to view as soon as you have registered.)
Reservation – call Norma, Charmain or Marilyn giving details of the property you want to reserve. Download and complete the reservation form enclosing £1,000 reservation fee. Exchange is due within 28 days after reservation with a deposit of up to 10% of the purchase price. The contract is legally binding when the contract are exchanged.
